The box buttondown/ is designed for the shared wardrobe. Cut with a slightly cropped, boxy silhouette, it is proportioned to move easily between partners and bodies. Crafted entirely from reclaimed garments, the construction shifts to honor the original materials. The light blue colorway pieces together secondhand woven shirts using a traditional straight-stitch patchwork. The beige and black iterations are collaged from lightweight knits, joined by exposed serger seams that leave the deconstructed process visible. Each shirt is grounded with a delicate serger stitch along the hem.

*As each garment is made from reclaimed textile waste, variations in seam placement, fabric type, and color are to be expected—making every piece truly one-of-a-kind.

Material/ 100% post-consumer waste textiles (woven shirting for light blue; lightweight factory waste knits for beige and black).

Care/ Care/ Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Hang to dry or dry flat to preserve the integrity of the reclaimed fibers and patchwork seams.
